Founder and visionary behind Accurest, Henry Y combines his love for numbers with a diverse professional background to revolutionize the world of engineering consulting. As a licensed Civil Engineer in New York State and the Provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada, Henry has refined his expertise in the field. Holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), WELL Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, and AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist, he's an industry leader who has mastered the art of successful project execution.
Henry provides clients with creative design insights that enhance user experiences, transforming concepts into functional spaces. For contractors, he offers suggestions for cost-effective construction ideas that maximize bids, while helping subcontractors navigate complex terms and conditions.
With an acute awareness of both construction dynamics and prevailing market conditions, Henry crafts comprehensive, high-quality estimates spanning diverse trades and project types in Construction.
